Christmas Elf Workbook | Printable Elf Planner & Tradition Organizer

Create your own magical Christmas elf season – thoughtfully planned around the traditions, ideas and little moments that make Christmas special to your family.

The Christmas Elf Workbook is a beautifully designed printable planning companion for families who want to create their own unique elf tradition. Rather than following a ready-made story or daily schedule, this workbook gives you a calm and flexible framework for collecting your ideas, organising December and turning the little moments you already love into a Christmas elf season that feels completely your own.

Perfect for families who already have favourite elf traditions, save inspiration throughout the year or simply want to avoid deciding what their elf should do at the last minute, the workbook brings everything together in one thoughtful place.

Across 16 carefully designed pages, you'll find space for December planning, weekly elf ideas, supplies and shopping lists, family rituals and traditions, your own notes and special memories. Blank elf letters, magic glitter labels and blank labels are also included, giving you a few simple extras for creating your own little magical moments throughout the season.

The workbook is intentionally flexible. Fill every page or use only the sections that help you. Plan the whole month in advance or collect ideas little by little. Revisit favourite traditions each year and add new ones as your family grows.

Every element has been carefully created in the signature Everyday Magic style, with a calm, Scandinavian-inspired Christmas aesthetic designed to make planning feel enjoyable rather than like another December task.

Perfect for families who love creating their own Christmas elf tradition, want to include personal family rituals, already have plenty of elf ideas but need somewhere to organise them, or simply want a calmer and more intentional way to prepare for December.

Please note: This workbook is designed for creating and planning your own elf season. A ready-made daily elf plan and pre-written daily elf letters are not included.

This is a digital download. No physical product will be shipped. After purchase, you'll receive a 16-page PDF that can be printed at home or at your local print shop and reused year after year for personal use.

At Everyday Magic Guides, we believe the most magical Christmas traditions are often built from the little moments families create together. This workbook gives you a beautiful place to collect those ideas, make them your own and turn them into a Christmas story your family can return to year after year.

Your elf season. Your ideas. Beautifully planned.
